Booking Policy:
To book an appointment, a valid credit card number will be put on file. Many businesses do have similar policies in place, and due to the high demand of our services, we have no choice but to follow suit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Since we are a mobile unit, we need a considerable amount of time for our clients to cancel or change their appointments. We request a minimum of 48-hours’ notice of the time of appointment to cancel or change the appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment after the 48 hours the card, we have on file will be charged 25% of the appointment services booked. If the appointment is canceled or changed 6 hours ahead of the appointment the card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment services booked.
Appointments:
Given That Mobile Meraki is a mobile unit- the appointment set up is quite unique. For us to properly start all client appointments on time, we will ensure to be at the client’s house 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to park and set up for the appointment.
First time clients will be required to fill out a new client form and/or service waiver before arriving to your first-time appointment. This waiver is put in place to protect our staff and clients. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in your services not being completed until the waiver is signed. This waiver will be emailed to you prior to the appointment scheduled.
We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the mobile unit so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule and maintain your services.
Confirmation Texts & Emails:
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. You will receive an email or text message and or both to confirm your service prior to your appointment. Our system will send you 2 separate reminder email/texts. Once when you book the appointment, then 48 hours before the appointment. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON:
We are dedicated to rejuvenation and peace. We kindly ask parents that children do not accompany you to your salon or spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service
Return Policy:
We will exchange product if it is lightly used (3-5 uses), with proof of purchase. We will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) with proof of purchase if returned before 60 days and if item is not expired. If your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued an exchange for product only or store credit towards product only.
Service Satisfaction:
All Healers and Estheticians strive to ensure our clients satisfaction. We do not give refunds on any services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call, and schedule a complimentary adjustment within seven days. The adjustment policy does not cover a change in the esthetician or service.
Pricing & Forms of Payment:
Prices listed in the Service Menu on our website. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive (body contouring prices vary)
Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service. We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Mobile Meraki Gift Cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable. Lost/stolen gift cards cannot be replaced by Mobile Meraki. Gift cards expire 2 years from purchase date. The tip cannot be included.
Gratuities:
Our prices do not reflect gratuities. For those who wish to show appreciation, the industry averages are from 18%-20% of the service. Cash tip is preferred but, can be added at the end of the appointment at check out.
Wedding Parties / Group and Multiple Bookings:
As a courtesy to our staff , we require a two-week cancellation notice. A credit card will be required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation not within the required time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services booked. Mobile Meraki Hours:
Mobile Meraki may be opened prior to scheduled hours with advance notice at an additional cost. Contact info@mobilemeraki.com to book during non-operative hours.
